How can you truly be social in social media? With social media becoming stronger, how are you able to keep up with the trends and updates? I have 3 tips for you that can help you enhance your social media game. Use 'em wisely!
1. Original content is always a good idea. Content is king! With people scrolling through their newsfeed every single day, how can you make sure what you post is noticed? There are a million ways to make sure you stand out, but the way is to really post something unique that only you have! Top things to consider would be 360 views of your new listing, Facebook Live during open houses - schedule and invite people ahead of time, ask questions during the session and really connect! Not many REALTORS® understand the value of Facebook Live but it can add a ton of stuff for you.
Every once in awhile curated content is fine, but you mostly want to step up your game by posting content that is more personal for you. Also, if you are too busy, schedule your content in advance - you can use apps like Hootsuite or Buffer to get your content out there by doing it just once a week.
2. Interact by Comments and Likes. One of the most undermined power of any social media is your ability to interact to people you don't know AKA potential clients by simply liking their post or even better if you can add a comment! Nothing makes you stand out more if you like people's stuff and actually say something about it to make it interactive. Next thing you know, you're the first REALTOR® to pop up in their mind if ever they need it or someone they know needs it! Great impact for you!
3. Facebook Ads can bring you up. Your curated content can have dramatic views if you use Facebook Ads. By boosting the content, you immediately increase your visibility to more audiences and increase your engagement. Although, I wouldn't really recommend that you do this all the time. Curating fabulous content is still number one but if you need more traction for something that is important to you boost it and use Facebook Ads. It is really, really effective and worth every buck.
