A: Usually not but you would have to ask the specific CRM Vendor
Q: I have been using Top Producer for many years, don't like their price and their complexity drives me crazy. How would I transfer all this info over, some of it surely wouldn't just sync since it's so customizable?
A: MOST CRMs have a way to transfer info from one to another. I would call your specific vendor.
Q: What are the functions that are common to CRM?

Q: What is a g suite? What is the nature of G-suite? how's that different from Gmail?
A: Personal google mail is firstname.lastname@example.org, no support and it’s free. Business Google Email is called G-Suite where you can pay $5.00 a month for the Basic edition or $10 a month for the Business edition. You get an email yourname @ your domain. Q: How would one get around the permission to email the client? I think you mean anti-spam?
A: If there is an implied relationship you can email them. Q: Does that mean we can pre-set drips base on the client's status, and the system will shot out the email AUTOMATICALLY when a client is set up with a particular status? A: Yes, yes and yes!!! Wonderful, right?
Q: If I currently have multiple email addresses, can all of them be forwarded to a G suite address?
A: Yes, more than likely. I would have to look at which emails you have but most of them will allow this to happen.
