You should NOT be using a FREE email address like @yahoo, @hotmail, @aol, @shaw, @telus, @me, @outlook, etc. These PERSONAL email addresses are not marketing for you and are not synching across all platforms and some just plain don't work when you travel or send emails to clients. I know how to set up a proper business email and get all the info from all your other emails (this has taken me years to figure out!) so you only have to manage one Email account, YourName@YourDomain.com. FYI............Outlook is NOT email, it is only a viewer of email.

Your devices all need to be set up to talk to that ONE business email address. Not iCloud, not other free email accounts, your business email.
Or maybe you don't even know what a CRM is? What is the definition of insanity? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
It is called keeping in touch with your clients and potential clients so they remember you when they go to buy or sell. Easy as that but 90% of the Agents I meet keep chasing new business. Now that is insane!
Be honest with yourself, right now, if your computer dies does ALL your important information go with it? How horrible. Are you using multiple cloud storage services like iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive and One drive? Are you saving information in Dropbox only because the other Agent sent it to you from Dropbox? You should be saving it in ONE cloud storage account, not 4. Get access to everything from any device you own!
Is your website current? Mobile friendly? Most Agents set it up and then forget about it but your clients don't. Links don't work, long forgotten blogs are from 5 years ago, social icons no longer used are still there or the links broken. Your theme is out dated and no longer even indexed by Google. This isn't an option to fix, it is a requirement. I help with this.
Social Media is a social platform, how are you using it and are all your profiles following the rules and regulations of that platform. Are you just posting listings? Are you confused? You have no idea how to use it wisely and to your benefit.
I see this all the time. You ignore emails about your brokerage logon and you miss important information. Keep your profiles updated on the back end so that your clients get the right phone number, email and website. I cannot tell you how many times I am helping and Agent and google their name, find it on the brokerage site and all the info is wrong!!!! Is that you? Some brokerages even offer free sites but those sites are all out of date, wrong info because you have never update but the PUBLIC finds them!
